By enrolling in Embodied Earner, you (the “Participant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all members.

1. Program Commitment & Participation

Embodied Earner is a 12-month immersion designed for high-level support, transformation, and community. By enrolling, you are committing to fully participating in the experience and engaging in the program content, coaching calls, and group interactions to the best of your ability.

2. Payment Terms & Responsibility

• The full program investment is $4500 (or $450/month for 10 months) for the Embodied Earner core.
• The full program investment with the weekend retreat is $7,000 (or $700/month for 10 months).
• All payments are non-refundable, regardless of participation level or engagement.
• If paying via a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments, even if you choose not to participate in the program.

3. Cancellation & 30-Day Notice Requirement

• You may request to cancel future payments with a 60-day written notice to kaitlin@thebeamlife.com.
• You are responsible for any payments due within the 60-day notice period.
• If you have paid in full, no refunds or prorated refunds will be issued.
• If you are on a payment plan and fail to make a payment, your access to the program materials, live calls, and community will be revoked until payments are resumed.
• If you enroll in the ascend + Retreat option, you are responsible for full payment, regardless of attendance or 60-day cancellation.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this high-touch program, all payments are final and non-refundable. 

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, lack of participation, or dissatisfaction with the program content.
• If you are unsure about your commitment, please ensure this program is the right fit before enrolling.

5. Program Access & Intellectual Property

• All materials, including coaching calls, toolkits, and course content, are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed.
• Violation of this policy may result in removal from the program without a refund.

6. Community Standards & Expectations

Embodied Earner is built on support, integrity, and respect. By participating, you agree to:

• Engage in discussions and coaching with an open mind.
• Maintain confidentiality within the group.
• Respect all participants and program leaders.

Failure to adhere to these standards may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Retreat Policy (If Selected)

• The Embodied Earner Retreat is an optional add-on experience and is for the experience only—airfare and accommodations are not included.
• If you enroll in the Embodied Earner + Retreat option, you are responsible for full payment, regardless of attendance.
• Retreat details, including location and itinerary, will be provided closer to the event date.

8. Amendments & Acknowledgment

• The program creator reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary. Any updates will be communicated in writing.
• By enrolling in Embodied Earner you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
