SoCal Retreat Terms & Conditions

By purchasing your spot at The BEAM Offline Retreat in SoCal (Oct 15-18, 2026), you agree to the following:

1. No Refunds, No Exceptions.
This retreat is non-refundable. Please be 100% in before securing your spot. Life happens—we get it—but due to the nature of retreat planning (lodging, food, materials), we cannot offer refunds.

2. Room Shares.
You’ll be sharing a room with another incredible woman attending the retreat. Pairing is thoughtfully done, and you’ll be asked a few fun Qs beforehand to help us match you.

3. No Guaranteed Results.
We’re here to create a powerful, transformational space—but your results depend on your own energy, participation, and follow-through. No magic wands, just real growth.

4. Transfer Policy.
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to the next BEAM retreat—as long as you notify us at least 30 days before the retreat start date (September 15, 2026). No transfers will be accepted after that date. 

5. You’re Saying Yes to the Full Experience.
By joining, you’re committing to the full retreat experience from start to finish. That includes all scheduled sessions, group activities, and shared meals.
